[This video starts off with a very annoyed Luke peering at the screen. He's got his hair up in a very fluffy ponytail this time, but there's nothing interesting behind him this time. A television can be heard in the background though, mingled with the ever-present background music.]

Whoever sent me the blob, you could've mentioned it can turn itself into other stuff! It turned into my PokéGear and I didn't notice until I had been talking to it for a while.

[Only about five minutes, but still.]

It's blue...but when I tried to see what it is, the picture that came up was pink. Is it sick or anything?

[He moves the camera to show a said blob--a shiny Ditto, sitting placidly on the floor. A Vulpix and a Growlithe can be seen wrestling in the background, periodically emitting angry yips.]

See? Blue.

[The video ends there, as he goes to break up the fighting 'mons.]

Of course. It would reflect much more poorly on you if something were wrong and you failed to do anything, rather than taking action over something that proved to be nothing in the end.

Put more simply, "it's better to err on the side of caution". That's a reasonable course of action in any situation.

[He chokes that out, legitimately shocked. Seriously, what the hell is this? He goes without seeing anyone from home for nearly two years and suddenly Luke reappears?]

[He is very late, Luke's been in Johto for nearly three weeks at the time of the current recording. He's not too concerned about that, though.

He's startled at hearing his full name over the 'Gear--he didn't recall introducing himself as more than 'Luke' to anyone--and more surprised to see who it is.

I tend to err on the side of whatever's most convenient, and I should probably stop doing stuff like that.

I don't have much practice taking care of pets. The closest thing I've ever had was a cheagle, and he wasn't really a pet. More like...an animal that just sort of started following us around.

It's...um...it's an animal...about cat-sized, with giant ears. Makes annoying 'mieuu' sounds most of the time.

I mean, Natu is a bird, and Rattata is a rat. You can tell. But I don't know what this is.

I don't know either. And Natu looks more like a Polwigle than a bird.

[He is making an effort to differentiate between the two sounds. It's not working too well and just sounds like an angry cat and then a kitten.]

I'm pretty sure it's illegal to keep them as pets. They're considered sacred...so yeah, wild animals.
