004 ▲ Video/Action for Route 34
[This video is a very short one, and Luke also looks annoyed in this one.
The reason is pretty apparent, because this is basically what's on your screen.]
WHY DO THE SHEEP PRODUCE STATIC?!
[And then he turns it off to go rant and attempt to de-floof his hair.]

Re: [Video]
He moves closer to his screen, as if it'll help him see the disk better (spoilers: it doesn't). He's seen something similar, but not for Pokémon. Are Pokémon computers? That's weird.]
Oh. That's cool. How's it work?
You merely have to break the disk over a Pokémon's head, and it'll learn the attack. TMs are usually single-use items, but we sometimes receive disks that repair themselves indefinitely, like HMs do.
That sounds easy enough. So TMs are useless once they're used, but HMs can be used as many times as you want?
That's right. HMs also tend to teach moves that make travelling easier, while TMs offer a much greater variety of types and effects.
