004 ▲ Video/Action for Route 34
[This video is a very short one, and Luke also looks annoyed in this one.
The reason is pretty apparent, because this is basically what's on your screen.]
WHY DO THE SHEEP PRODUCE STATIC?!
[And then he turns it off to go rant and attempt to de-floof his hair.]

WHY DO THE SHEEP PRODUCE STATIC?!

I didn't know just patting it was a bad idea.
Oh, I've no doubt the sheep enjoyed it while it lasted. But such abilities are always active, and Static happens to be common for the softest-looking Electric-types.
That's not fair. What good is it that they're soft if you can't touch 'em? I think I still have the pair of gloves I got when I got here. I'll try those.
[Much fluff, so deadly.]
By the way, the Zorua and the uh...sword...are doing good.
[He's never actually tried it, but it's not as if it can hurt.]
I'm glad to hear it. Have they been behaving, or do they need a scolding from their parents?
[Worst case scenario: He gets zapped again.]
No, they're behaving. Susanne--that's what I named the Zorua--doesn't like fighting alone, though...always has to have a partner in battle.
[It's more of a belief than a hope, really.]

...W-well, that makes sense. Wouldn't want one of them to get hurt...
I've been here for two months, that might be enough to challenge one of them, then.
And I've been training them whenever I get the chance.

Re: [Video]
[...]
...What is a TM, anyway?
[After fifteen seconds or so, his Clefable arrives with his reusable Return TM, which he promptly shows Luke.]
Not all TMs are compatible with all Pokémon, but they can be used to give them greater type coverage. For example, Rosie here can use every type except for Poison, Ghost, Dark and Dragon.
Re: [Video]
He moves closer to his screen, as if it'll help him see the disk better (spoilers: it doesn't). He's seen something similar, but not for Pokémon. Are Pokémon computers? That's weird.]
Oh. That's cool. How's it work?
You merely have to break the disk over a Pokémon's head, and it'll learn the attack. TMs are usually single-use items, but we sometimes receive disks that repair themselves indefinitely, like HMs do.
That sounds easy enough. So TMs are useless once they're used, but HMs can be used as many times as you want?
That's right. HMs also tend to teach moves that make travelling easier, while TMs offer a much greater variety of types and effects.
